Service scope

AP Savings Radar is an AP savings-intelligence service. It analyzes available data and surfaces findings for review. It is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, auditor, or autonomous payment service.

Your account and authority

You are responsible for using the service only for organizations and data you are authorized to access, protecting credentials, and maintaining accurate workspace information.

Financial decisions remain yours

Findings are informational signals and are not guarantees of savings, duplicate payment, credit validity, accounting treatment, or financial outcome. You review the evidence and decide whether to act.

Subscriptions and acceptable use

Free Money Scan is not a paid plan. Business is $29/month and Firm is $99/month; paid billing is handled through Paddle. You may not misuse the service, bypass security controls, or violate law or third-party rights.

Availability and rights

The service is subject to reasonable operational limits, maintenance, and change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AP Savings Radar does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular savings result. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
