Cancellation and refund information for paid subscriptions.
Last updated: September 14, 2026. This policy applies to paid AP Savings Radar subscriptions and should be read with the Terms of Service and the applicable Paddle checkout terms.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record
Paddle processes paid purchases as Merchant of Record. Payment, receipt, buyer-support, and customer-portal processes are provided through Paddle for the applicable transaction.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals under the applicable billing terms. It does not automatically create a refund for an amount already paid.
Refund requests and legal rights
For payment or refund requests, use the Paddle buyer-support or customer-portal process provided with your purchase. Eligibility is determined through Paddle’s buyer process and applicable mandatory law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.
