AP Savings Radar is designed so its core analysis does not require authority to post accounting changes or execute payments. Production controls are built around least privilege, workspace isolation, and fail-closed behavior.
QuickBooks is strictly read-only
The QuickBooks integration reads the accounting data needed for analysis. AP Savings Radar does not create, edit, delete, approve, or pay QuickBooks transactions.
Tenant isolation and role-based access
Customer data and actions are scoped to the authenticated workspace. Access controls distinguish who can view, operate, and manage workspace functions.
Human review before financial action
A finding is evidence, not a payment instruction. Users validate findings and take any financial action in the appropriate external system.
Production hardening
The hosted service uses controlled deployment gates, hardened documentation exposure, and security headers. Checkout is handled through Paddle so AP Savings Radar does not need to store card details.
