From accounting data to reviewed savings signals
See where AP value may be leaking — before you act.
AP Savings Radar connects to QuickBooks in read-only mode, analyzes accounts-payable data for savings opportunities and risk signals, and presents evidence for human review. It does not make payments or write changes back to your ledger.
1. Connect QuickBooks read-only
Authorize a read-only QuickBooks connection. Analysis can use the accounting data required for detection without creating, editing, deleting, approving, or paying transactions.
- No payment execution
- No ledger writes
- Connection ownership is bound to the authorized workspace
2. Analyze for AP leakage
The analysis looks for practical opportunities such as missed early-payment discounts, unused vendor credits, duplicate-payment risk, and other patterns that deserve review.
3. Review the evidence
Finance users review each finding in context. A finding is a signal supported by available evidence, not an instruction to move money or a guaranteed saving.
4. Act in your normal workflow
When a finding is valid, your team decides what to do in the appropriate accounting, vendor, or payment workflow. AP Savings Radar remains an intelligence layer rather than an autonomous accounting operator.
